Llangennech RFC Mini's and Juniors

Llangennech RFC are hosting Rygbi Ysgolion Llanelli U11's Friday night in their first preseason friendly. There are a number of players from our U11s and U10s section in the squad. It promises to be a great spectacle. Come and cheer on our players

Our first friendly of the season is against Swansea schools. The squad have been training hard and are looking forward to start the season.

There is a £2 fee on the gate which includes a raffle ticket

Sometimes rugby is about so much more than the result on the field.

Last night was one of those occasions.

As a team, a club and a community, we cannot put into words how proud we are of our No.1 supporter, Danielle.

It meant more than any of us can say to see her at the game last night. To have Danielle there, surrounded by the players, coaches, friends and the club she loves, was incredibly special and an absolute honour for everyone at Llangennech RFC.

Moments like this remind us what a rugby club is really about. It is more than what happens for 80 minutes on the field. It is about people, friendships, family and community.

Danielle, we hope you know how much you mean to everyone at the club and how special it was to share last night with you.

The boys are back at home as we welcome Swansea University to Llangennech for a pre-season clash.

Come down, support the team and make a day of it — rugby, food, drinks, live music and New Zealand v South Africa in the clubhouse afterwards.

Llangennech U11's are back in the full swing of preseason training and are looking for new players! If your child is going into year 6 in September and wants to try rugby come and join us on Wednesdays 6:30-7:30

Tomorrow we get to it with Pre-season training starting for our under 9s!
