​Just a quick heads-up that all sessions and 121s are closed until Monday (the 24/7 gym is still open, of course!).

​I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, but this week has been really tough. Marlon is in the hospital with a bad viral infection, and my mum needs round-the-clock care, so I physically can't find the time to get to the gym today. Between that, the nice weather, and the summer holidays, time has just been super tight.

​I'm going to spend today sorting out my diary so I can get back on track. Thanks for bearing with me—I'll see you all on Monday! 🥊💥

Unfortunately, tonight’s junior boxing session has been cancelled due to illness, and with the extreme heat today 🥵☀️, we’ve made the decision that it’s not safe to run the session.

We headed up to South Derbyshire ABC for some sparring and were lucky enough to bump into Frazer Clarke!

He took the time to sign plenty of merch and even shared a few rounds with Ashleigh. What an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

The rest of the boys all did superbly too—some brilliant rounds all round, and the 8-hour trip was more than worth it. 💯

A huge thank you to everyone at South Derbyshire ABC for having us and making us feel so welcome.
