S E JONES LTD (Pantcoch Garage) are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join the team in a permanent position.
This position will be responsible for:
• Answering the Phones
• Booking MOT and Car Services
• Generating Invoices on a motoring specialised software
• Dealing with payments - taking card payments over the phone/in person and cash
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
Basic computer skills is essential and training will be provided on the software.
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm on Tuesday and Friday. Flexibility is desirable to cover other staff holidays.
Hourly rate to be discussed and wage will be paid monthly directly in to the account.
