Colshaw Hall 10k never disappoints!

A great run by Anthony on the weekend as he set a new PB for the 10k. Following on from his Marathon and 5k PB's in recent months, this was another good step forward as we edge closer to that sub 35 clocking!

Delivered when it mattered most! A huge run from Paul at the weekend as he ran a half marathon PB whilst competing for Wales at the Masters International in Swansea! Another good step forward after his marathon PB in April. Now we move into the summer and target some more PB's at shorter distances ⚡️

8-Minute PB 🤯🔥

Huge congratulations to Lloyd on a fantastic run at the Swansea Half Marathon on Sunday. He prepared really well for this with some excellent training and racing in the build up, thoroughly deserving of his big PB on the weekend! Now to get some speed in the legs and get after some fast 5k and 10k times too 💪🏽⚡️

It's PB after PB at the moment for Rachel, absolutely flying over every distance! After a great run at the London Marathon in April she's kept that form going with more excellent results as we enter the summer season. Can't wait to see what she does next 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏽

It's Swansea Half Marathon weekend, one of the highlights of the Summer for the South Wales running community and this year is set to be no different! We have lots of runners taking part as always ranging from first timers like Trystan, through to those running for Wales in the Masters International event vs England plus loads of other chasing their own personal targets.

Barry Island 10k ⛱️

Who needs Daves coaches when you have JGriff Coach?! Huge well done to Louise on an excellent run at the Barry Island 10k. This marked a big improvement from her last 10k in Newport as she continues to progress after a big injury last year. Amazing to see the rehab, strength work and smart training measures pay off. Nobody deserves this result more, and we're only getting faster 💪🏽⚡️

He's on fire at the moment! PB after PB and podium after podium! Huge run from Sam again in Swansea this week at the Paul Popham 5k Series! Getting ever closer to that elusive sub 16!

Half Marathon Debut - 1:40 ⭐️

After only really starting to run 9 months ago, Owen has progressed brilliantly to firstly tick off his first ever 10k at the Chester 10k in March, and now nailing his first ever half marathon with a 1:40:46 at the weekend in Aintree! Amazing progress so early in his running journey!
