Due to the extreme heat forecast for tomorrow we have made the decision to cancel both ladies class and the sparring session for tomorrow in the best interests of both our members and coaches. Sorry for any inconvenience. The gym will be open as usual via key code for the use of members only, but if using the gym please do so with caution due to the heat and ensure you stay hydrated!
