The past few days have been a crane fly frenzy. It looks like this is a second hatching this year. We had an earlier one around June and now this is the second (unless it is a different species). However, I have never seen so many Crane fly as I have over the past few days . Crane fly exuviae, mating Crane fly. And lots and lots of flying Crane fly

Spending a week D of E gold expedition supervising for . Weather has been scorching. Walking through the mountains and valleys in ultra sunshine and swimming when free. What's not to like?
