Hey, I'm Magda and I teach Pilates mat classes in West Lothian and Edinburgh. I love teaching Pilates and sharing benefits of this amazing exercise method. Why?
Because Pilates is for everybody! Whether you are young or mature, short or tall, skinny or curvy, very flexible or not, able to move freely or having some limitations in your joints – this exercise method is extremely adaptable. There is nothing more rewarding than participant's feedback after the class when they feel good, invigorated and relaxed. During my classes I focus on mindful movement. T
