With no game this Sunday, the boys are swapping football boots for yoga mats! 😄

We’ve organised a strength & flexibility yoga session at 11.15am, giving the boys a chance to work on their flexibility, mobility and stretching.

It might not be their usual cup of tea 😂, but it’s a great way for teenage footballers to improve flexibility, support recovery and hopefully help reduce the risk of injuries. 💪⚽️
