One day, the simple things stop feeling simple.

Getting up off the floor.

Carrying the shopping.

Walking upstairs without holding the handrail.

These aren’t elite fitness goals.

They’re everyday life.

The problem is that we don’t wake up one morning and suddenly lose these abilities. They disappear gradually over years of inactivity, muscle loss, poor balance, and reduced mobility.

The good news?

This isn’t an inevitable part of getting older.

Strength can be built at any age.

Balance can be improved.

Mobility can be regained.

Confidence can come back.
