Soooooo, I’ve entered into a half marathon in November, fun times 🤣

With a few little races (i say little but the 8k & 10k were brutal 😂) I’m slowly getting there! 👏🏻

What’s on this week…

🌊 Heading back to the coast this Saturday for a session on the sea - this is full at the moment but if you’d like the added to the waitlist please let me know.

🏄🏻‍♀️ This Sunday we’re heading to Crosby lakeside for a sup and sauna session with . We’ll go for a pootle in the lake, the get changed into our cossies for a sauna and optional dip (in a tub not the lake 😂)

☀️ Join me this Saturday for a soulful summer solstice by the sea 🌊

🧘🏻‍♀️ At 10am, I’ll be hosting a Yoga + Meditation practice to honour the longest day of the year

🏄🏻‍♀️ I’ll also be heading out into the ocean for a coastal SUP session at 3:30pm with coaching & equipment available to rent, booking is essential for this session
