A cute little casual get-together went down at the club earlier today, celebrating one of our fabulous young ladies, , who has been part of the club since she was a junior, getting into her uni of choice and leaving Liverpool soon! 🎓🥹

So lovely that some of our ladies’ group, headed by Andrea, organised a mini farewell hit on court for her, followed by cake before she goes! 🎾🍰

What a community — and family — tennis builds 🫶🎾

A brilliant result for us in the Brockbank semi-final against East Wavertree this evening with a fantastic 4–1 win! 🙌

A great turnout of support for both teams and fantastic tennis from everyone on court. But of course, a huge well done to Team Palmerston for getting us through to the final! 💪

Although we love the busy times at the club, you also can’t beat the odd quiet sunny evening with tennis friends! ☀️🎾

It often just takes someone to message ‘who’s up for a hit later?’ on a WhatsApp group, and by the evening you’re on court with good people, playing good tennis and having a good ol’ chinwag between games!

Our wonderful courts are available to book for members only, via our online booking system (with a visitors fee to pay if coming along with a member via a QR code displayed on the clubhouse door) 🎾🙌

Lovely to be involved in helping to build on the tennis community no matter where, especially when it involves encouraging more women in sport! 🙌

Today Coach Gayle Gayle Yorston Tennis was asked to facilitate a Ladies Only session for x Pitstop Coffee , and what a turnout! A fab time had by all! ☀️🎾🙌

Thank you to Mike Harrison and Charlie Liverpool Cricket Club and the guys Pitstop Coffee for organising a fantastic opportunity for the ladies of Liverpool to get into our fantastic sport, and thank you to a couple of our Palmerston helpers too!
