Sports massage is now available at Crew42 with Kate Bennett 🙌
You don’t have to be injured—or even play a sport—to benefit from sports massage. It can be ideal if you’re:
✅ Feeling tight, stiff or restricted
✅ Experiencing general muscular aches and tension
✅ Struggling to recover between training sessions
✅ Increasing your training volume or preparing for an event
✅ Spending long hours sitting, driving or working on your feet
✅ Simply in need of some focused recovery work
Each appointment will be tailored around you, with Kate focusing on the areas that need the most attention.
Whether you’re one of our Crew42 members, train somewhere else or don’t currently exercise at all, you’re welcome to book.

This is what happens when you ask for that extra push… 😂🔥
Our BUILD group is designed for people who already have some experience with lifting but want more structure, progression and accountability in their training.
You might already know your way around a gym—but are you consistently increasing your weights, tracking your lifts and following a programme that actually moves you forward?
In BUILD, you’ll get:
✅ A structured strength programme
✅ Progressive overload and tracked lifts
✅ Coaching to improve your technique
✅ Accountability to keep you consistent
✅ Full-body conditioning that pushes your fitness
✅ A supportive group of people working hard alongside you
Every session is coached, every exercise has a purpose, and you’ll be challenged at the right level for you.
The floor is always there for emotional support afterwards 😂
If you’ve got some lifting experience but feel like your training has stalled—or you’re tired of walking into the gym without a plan—DM us BUILD and we’ll send you the details 💪

If you’re over 40 and trying to get fit again, I’d stop worrying so much about how many calories your workout burns.
A workout doesn’t need to leave you crawling out of the gym or show a huge calorie number on your watch to be effective.
Instead, I’d focus on 👇
💪 STRENGTH
Getting stronger makes everyday life easier. Carrying shopping, climbing stairs, getting up off the floor, playing with the kids or grandkids — strength matters outside the gym too.
🏋️ MUSCLE
As we get older, maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important. Strength training helps you hold onto it — and ideally build more of it.
🤸 MOBILITY
Being strong is great, but being able to move well matters too. We want bodies that feel capable, not stiff, achy and restricted.
📅 CONSISTENCY
You don’t need to train 6 days a week. You don’t need the “perfect” programme.
Two or three well-structured strength sessions every week, done consistently, can make a massive difference over time.
So if you’re getting back into fitness in your 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond…
Stop judging every workout by how exhausted you are or how many calories you burned.
Start asking:
Am I getting stronger?
Am I moving better?
Am I building a routine I can actually stick to?
That’s the stuff that matters. 💛
Train for the body you want to live in for the next 20, 30, 40+ years — not just for the number on your watch today.
