Getting a bit toasty isn't it! 🥵

Just thought I'd pop a little post up about the red weather warning and how that will affect classes over the next few days

As the studio is quite cool I'm happy to run classes, however they will be more relaxed than the usual set up

☀️ Kids classes - will be going through their workbooks

☀️Teen/adult classes - focusing on simple moves and anything that you want to work towards

There will also be plenty of water breaks and the kitchen is available for you to refill any bottles

If you feel like the heat will be too much for you to come to classes, please drop me a message and I'll transfer you to the following week ☺️

I'm officially away from today, meaning that there will be no classes or privates until Thursday 4th June ☺️ (don't worry these dates have already been removed from the booking system)

As always you can still get in touch, but just bare in mind that you won't get a response until I'm back. I also have a few posts lined up too ☺️

Hands up, who's been enjoying the lovely warm weather we've been having this bank hol?! 🙌😎

As the temp starts to rise, please make sure that you're drinking enough water (and yes I mean WATER not pepsi! 😉) to stay feeling your best, especially during classes!

We have a kitchen available for you to refill your water bottle, and don't worry if you've forgotten one as we have plastic cups available at the studio too 💧

✨ IMPORTANT DATES ✨

With another bank holiday on the way, it's a good time to let everyone know that classes & privates will be running as normal on MONDAY 25TH MAY 😊

It will also be business as usual that week, however I will be away from FRIDAY 29TH MAY - MONDAY 1ST JUNE (1st wedding anniversary 🥰). Classes will be back on from 4th June

I've adjusted the schedule online so the affected classes can not be booked, if you have any further questions please get in touch! 😊

I run several aerial hoop classes for different levels! My beginners aerial hoop classes on Thursdays at 7pm, my intermediate class runs on Fridays at 6:30pm and my mixed level class runs on Fridays at 7:30pm ⭕
