⬆️ These were all taken in the last month or so.
-
Your body changes all the time.
-
Over the short term, this is unlikely to be fat or muscle.
-
Sometimes it’s stress.
-
Sometimes it’s your period.
-
And sometimes you’re projecting an emotion onto your body. (Thank you, body dysphoria and dysmorphia…)
-
Nobody looks like their best social media angles all the time.
-
Nobody looks the exact same way 24/7, either.
-
Importantly, changes to fat tend to require weeks to show.
-
Changes to muscle mass end to take even longer.
-
Daily fluctuations to the way you perceive your body can mess with your head, but try not to get caught up in them.
-
Fat and muscle mass play the long game.
-

How long does it take to feel comfortable and confident in your skin?

In ‘s case, it took two phases:

1️⃣ June 2025-February 2026

A 7-month fat loss phase to lose 15 kg (33 lbs).

2️⃣ Feb 2026-Ongoing
-
An intentional maintenance phase to master the skills needed to maintain her fat loss instead of yo-yo dieting forever.

I never promise results over a certain timeline because everyone is different.

But I can promise I will help you get results faster than on your own.

And, most importantly, learn how to maintain them for the long haul.

👉 Mistakes I’ve made myself.

This isn’t my only mistake, but I used to sugarcoat more; I didn’t want to hurt feelings.

Now I know better.

Short-term discomfort is far better than long-term mediocre results.

And you’re more than strong enough to face discomfort.

👉 Horror stories I’ve heard from clients who had other coaches before me. 😬
-
If you’re doing your best but struggling, you’re not “uncoachable.”
-
Your coach isn’t competent enough to help people with your struggles achieve your goals.

This was my first week with a new coach after 2.5 years of self-coaching.
