✨The rack is your natural habitat 🌱
✨Share equipment at busy times 🫶🏼

Our gym has recently been modernised, and is now home to the very latest equipment and facilities. Children can enjoy themselves too - either on the soft play frame, swimming and tennis clubs, while we’ve even got a crèche for the little ones.

Movement of the Month: Press Ups 💪
This month, I’ve chosen the humble Press Up as my Movement of the Month.
In a world where everyone is chasing the latest exercise trends, I still believe that mastering the basics builds the strongest foundations.
Press ups are one of the best examples of calisthenics training — using your own bodyweight to develop strength, control and resilience. They’re simple, effective and accessible to almost everyone.
✅ Build upper body strength
✅ Develop core stability and control
✅ Improve functional fitness for everyday life
✅ Lower injury risk compared to heavy loading
✅ Can be performed anywhere with no equipment required
✅ Easily progressed or regressed for all ability levels
Sometimes the simplest movements deliver the biggest results.

⭐️DAVID LLOYD TOGETHER FOUNDATION⭐️
David Lloyd has launched it’s own foundation, dedicated to helping children in underprivileged areas in the UK access the life-changing benefits of sports, swimming and physical activity. Every donation helps create opportunities for those who need it most.
All of the DL Clubs in the North West Region are working together and have decided to take on the North West Run! Running Club to Club covering a massive 110 miles💪🏼 across the 10th - 12th July, to help support and raise funds for an amazing cause✨
Our team at David Lloyd Knowsley will be running from DL Warrington back to our home club on Sunday 12th July, starting at 6am and covering 14 miles🏃🏃
Once back at club, we’ll have some fun activities available from 12pm onwards and all money raised will go to the David Lloyd Together Foundation⭐️

It’s Wimbledon week starting Monday 6th July. Join our Junior Tennis Pro Phoebe on court this week.
Dress to impress in all white whilst getting involved in some competitive fun games all week long with certificates, stickers and strawberry sweets!
Not to mention for everyone who turns up to our stars sessions from Monday, they will automatically go into a raffle for the chance to win a brand new racket and backpack.

Summer At The Club officially launches this Saturday with DJ Jack “Duffman” Duff on the decks bringing nothing but good vibes 😎💿🎧
If the rain holds off we will have family splash, bbq & pizza on the outside bar but just incase the weather turns we will bring the party inside with numerous fun filled activities!

A huge thank you to everyone who stepped up, challenged our PTs, and gave it their all. Whether you won, lost, or discovered muscles you forgot you had, we loved seeing so many members getting involved and having fun on the gym floor 💪
