Seeing them move with no constraints and the need to complete a task as quick as possible - this is where I can gain a lot of clues ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ
I donโt force strength down every athletes neck expecting it to make them a better athlete - I want to understand their profile and what makes them tick to help sharpen their tools

Thatโs what itโs all about, lots of old and new faces in this weeks off season camp
Fortunate enough to work with a top group every year
From morning groups, some nasty 300โs, 121 rehab sessions and afternoon groups on the pitch itโs been a busy one ๐ฐ
But lucky that I get to call this โworkโ and grow every off season ๐ช๐ฝ

Simply running in straight lines for 4 weeks then expecting to return back into your club pre season program is a recipe for disaster.
As we near the last couple weeks I like to mimic training themes and physical demands. Meaning these sessions all have a purpose, no tick box drills, aimlessly shooting in to empty nets - a football based approach to our strength, speed & conditioning every off season ๐
Meaning all lads are more than prepared for those large spike in high intensity actions when they return for pre season.
