No junior class this week!!!! 7-8 senior classes back on only. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - beginners classes back on next week.

All sessions off this week to cover for coaches holidays etc - all back in and back to normal next Monday to hit the new season 👊🏻🥊😎💪🏻

Coaches agreement it would be daft to train in this pre season - have a night off guys - stay safe 😎💃🏼😅

EVERYONE WHO KNOWS WHO THEY ARE - NO EXCUSES OR YOU MISS OUT. Doctor at gym 6:30 sharp no classes we are just getting all the medical cards sorted for next season or you WONT BE ABLE TO SPAR OR COMPETE. Bring £10 and a parent or Guardian if you are under 17. If you know anyone who doesn’t follow the Instagram and is in the group to be medicalled pass the info on. You’ve all been told in the gym - don’t let yourself and the gym down. 🚑
