Going to see star wars
A couple of weeks ago I saw my first ever star wars film in the cinema in 4dx. 😃
This was the first time I had experienced 4dx and it was well worth it. 💯
The seats moved and shook and there was different effects like fog and 💧water.
Star wars was never something i watched growing up as a kid as i never watched a lot of television 🖥
I was too busy out with my friends most of the day playing football ⚽️as i was a bit of a tom boy and spent most of my time in the local park.
This made me think about how my childhood was so different to kids now.
We didnt have mobile phone📱 or💻 tablets or many other gadgets and this to me can be a good thing as getting out with friends and socialising is great for fitness,⚽️ fun and can also helps with mental health as well. 💯
I have never really been into watching any star wars films but what got me interested was the little green man grogu who is exceptionally cute. 😍
I see so many kids nowadays just on their tablets💻 and phones📱 and gadgets and especially in this hot🌞 weather this is the best time to be outdoors and playing sports with friends or just going to local park etc as we need to make the most of it while we can
I will definitely be booking more films in 4dx as the experience was brilliant and if you enjoy fairground rides and thrills this is definitely something to do.
I may even start to watch more star wars films in the future and possibly even become a fan but for now am looking at taking yet another step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself more.
If you have any suggestions on other star wars films to watch please feel free to comment below.

How i spent a couple of hours last sunday.🤔
Last sunday i had a few clients training🥊💪 with me in the studio, I had a couple of hours spare so i decided that i would go to dobbies garden centre in Speke.✅️
This is somewhere I used to go with my mum every sunday as we would walk around the garden centre and then after we would go for a coffee☕️ and a cake.🍰
I had mixed feelings as i have never been there on my own since my mum passed away😪 so this was a massive step for me.
As i walked in nothing had really changed as everything i remember was still the same.💯
I walked around all the different places, saw the axalottles in the aquarium and then went for a coffee☕️ and a toastie.
I have lots of lovely memories of being there as this was one of my mums favourite places.❤️
Although this was upsetting I am so glad i did it as its another massive step for me and definitely something i will be doing more often.
Its been just over 3 years now since i lost my mum but i am adjusting to a new way of life and I still miss her everyday, these next few months are the hardest as the weather is getting warmer and its bbq season as well.🥩🍗
I know that lots of people have lost loved ones and its about thinking about the special times you had with them and also about making new memories as well
Hope this helps
Jude
