I wanted to know what it was like in order for me to help others on it who haven’t a clue how to use it

I’m quite disciplined with my food but f**k me I just couldn’t east when it hit me
The gastric emptying was horrific
Struggled to get my calories in through solid food went from@72 k to 68 and the weight only dropped in the last 2 weeks

The sheer numbers of people using them is astounding and mind boggling some gyms have a lot of their female members reted up not eating and posting pictures of six packs
With no clue on how to exit
Muscle wastage disinterest in things as well as food low bone density is a health risk and shouldn’t be encouraged

If you want to destroy your own testosterone lower your s***m count
And put pressure on your heart fill ye boots just be honest about it -
Same in the Reta
I’m now reverse dieting
Up to 70k and still quite lean
Upping protein to 230g carbs low 100-150 then slowly increasing over the weeks then wave them
Fats around 60g
