Sometimes you need to actually put some of it down.
The stuff you've been carrying for so long, you've almost forgotten what it feels like NOT to carry it.

Let Go of Your Sh*t/The big release is a full day retreat designed to give you the space to stop, reconnect with yourself and release some the heavy stuff.
Not just mentally.
Through your body, your breath, your beliefs and really deep rest.

You don't have to be “good at yoga.”
You don't have to have done breathwork before.
You don't need to arrive feeling zen, sorted or spiritually enlightened.
You can arrive exactly as you are.
Bring your s**t.
We'll work on leaving some of it behind.

Have not posted on here for in a while.
Been busy with lots of different training courses, not all yoga related.
Absolutely cannot wait for my advanced yoga nidra course on Saturday!

Had a few request online classes so will be starting some up again for 2026. You will definitely benefit from the training ive been doing. Watch out for details soon!

A belated huge thank you to those who came to the online winter rest class in December. I was going to give half the money to a sanctuary on the Wirral.
I ended up donating all of the money to 2 sanctuaries who do an amazing job of saving many animals, birds and wildlife.
They are Whitegate animal sanctuary and safe haven wildlife sanctuary, both on the Wirral. Give them a follow if you can 😍
