We will be closed Thursday 23rd July as we attend the funeral of our close family friend Craig Carden and celebrate his life which meant so much to us.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this time. We will reopen as normal on Friday 24th July.

As of 1st April 2025, there will be a price increase on all memberships. Our last price increase was 1st August 2020, before that was probably in the 80s :).

When you go into the cold, you cannot think. You have to be. You 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲, to be the best version of 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. To survive in the cold helped me heal and stop my worries, the sadness, the depression, the emotional pain. The cold and breathing helped me gain a lot of energy, and it made me very happy X

Our sincere condolences go out to our friend Claire Smith at the passing away of her partner Paul...Clair and Paul had been members with us for many years.R.I.P. Paul....Y.N.W.A........From Ray and lin,Craig and Jaymi on behalf of all who knew him at The Gym.

Sunday recap....

Been a great start to the year with lots going on around the place!

Throughout the year we have Massage and Personal Training courses in the basement with so contact them your interested!

We have .wellbeing in the small therapy room by reception providing Massage and general quirkiness.

As of April the old reception room
where eats his spuds will be taken over by world renowned Physio .

Upstairs in between the changing rooms is another 2 rooms.

In one we have a tattooist and the other we have a red light therapy bed which members can use £10 for 30mins.

Other than that , just put the weights back.
