2. Members will maintain professional currency and demonstrate good practice, post qualification, by continuing their personal development as part of the Mountain Training Association’s CPD policy.
3. The personal and professional behaviour of Members should conform to the standards that reasonably could be expected of professional leaders. This behaviour includes:

Professionalism in teaching and all operations
Respect for clients, employees, and members of the public;
Acting in a manner that reflects a positive approach to equal opportunities and challenges discrimination;
To act in a manner which has regard for the interests and policies of Mountain Training and MTA, including posts on social media. MTA reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member deemed to have behaved in a manner contrary to the Code outlined above.'
