My cats are all melting, I'm melting and I'm also still not fully recovered from Berlin, so I've decided to cancel tomorrow morning's class. (this is Missy, she's far too hot, yet decided right next to my XBox was the best place for a lie down 🙈)

Stay safe and stay cool everyone, I'll keep an eye on the weather and let you know if I feel it's safe to come back on Wednesday 💜🤘

There is no class tomorrow night, Wednesday 8th July, since I'm currently in Germany to see the mighty System of a Down! 🤘💜

Due to this week's absolutely horrendously hot weather, I've made the decision not to run a class this week.

I'd rather everyone stay nice and cool in front of a fan and a cold drink, rather than we all sweat out of places we didn't even know we had and end up as puddles on the studio floor 😂

I'll be keeping an eye on the weather and will make decisions accordingly, but for now, enjoy your night off from Rockfit and keep cool, everyone! 😎

My face when I realised I was injured AGAIN 😭

Hi guys, I know it's early... Or late, whatever 😂

But my wrist has flared up again, (I think it may be tendonitis or something related to my tendons, at least) so I'm cancelling class this morning. I blame approaching middle age, combined with a typing-heavy job 😂😭

You all know I hate to do this, but I won't be able to safely ride there and deliver my usual high standard (stop laughing) that I usually do for you all.

I'm so sorry, but I'd rather be safe and not ride and break my other arm 😂

I'll hopefully see you all on Wednesday, once I've had a chance to rest it 🤘💜
