Sometimes we can get in our own heads & talk ourselves out of coming to our classes altogether my advice would be to remind yourself how you feel when you skip a class & how you feel when you complete a class 💕✨ the completion of a class will always leave you feeling happier, stronger & clearer in both mind & body.

Can I just say what an incredible morning this was, this is what community classes are about , bringing us all together , trying new classes out!

I have come away feeling so so grateful so blessed to be surrounded by so many gorgeous ladies !!

Thankyou for supporting these events , making them happen and trying all my new ideas out .

I am feeling truly blessed!
