Online classes are the new way to fit in classes or add to your programme of fitness during the week.

I do 3 live classes every week, some of my online class members join me but most take the classes in their own time.

The mix of classes include Yoga, Pilates, Chair Exercise, Fitness, Weights and Meditation.
Every month I have a theme. September we will focus on 'Strength' as we age muscles get smaller and bones get weaker. This dosn't need to happen, we have a choice to follow a structured timetable of exercise that will keep our energy up, keep us strong and if we take ill we jump back to health quickly.

The workouts are 20 mins long, enough time to matter and enough time to find the time.

You are invited to take the classes free over the next 5 days before my new course starts on Tuesday.

September Course is £20 for the month. You can do as many classes as you wish from the facebook private group page.

You can be talented, hardworking, exactly what a team or relationship needs, and still get overlooked simply because you're in an environment that was never built to recognize what you bring. Some rooms reward different things than what you're offering, and that mismatch says nothing about the value of what you're offering.
