Everyone knows that kids learn best through creative play, so why can’t we adults, too? 🤔 What I’m expecting at this next Nia Playshop hosted by Belfast-based Nia teacher Rosie Campbell at Holywood Yacht Club: a joint-healthy, whole body dance and martial-arts workout infused with loads of personality and lively music to get those mental cogs of creativity churning again! Firing up the imagination makes learning dance steps feel like child’s play. And before you say “but I can’t dance,” just remember: if you can walk, you can dance! Meet us there—your body/mind/spirit will thank you! , ,
