You guys, for your continued support and loyalty-but mostly for your stories and craic each and every day.

My wonderful coaches for their unwavering support and strength, it does not go unnoticed, and I appreciate it so very much.

Running a small business is not a simple task It takes hard work, long hours (our lovely admin works more hours than anyone), dedication, patience and a will to succeed. So, we are more grateful than ever, to have survived another year and looking forward to the next one.

We are now closed until January 5th 2026.

All that remains, is for us, as a team, to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy New Year.
