We are delighted to announce our Summer Skills Camp for 2026 … open to members of Lisburn City Swimming Club and members from other Swim Clubs would be more than welcome to join us!!

Irish National Open Water Swimming Championships 2026

Hot on the heels of Lisburn success in the pool in both Limerick and Dublin, so our outdoor Open Water swimmers made their way to Roscommon for the Irish Open Water Championships!

Huge congratulations to Erin Fitzpatrick who returned home with a gold medal in the 3km U19 Female Category in a time of 37 mins, 13 secs!!

And what a way to finish … 19 heat swims, 9 swimmers back for finals, a bronze medal for Dylan and a gold medal for our 4x100 Men’s Medley Relay Irish Champions 🔥❤️🔥🖤🔥

Huge congratulations to all of our swimmers on Day 4 in Dublin! Double figures back for finals night with William, Ross, Deaten, Ben, Cian, Isabella, Noah, Sabine, Aoife & Dixie Dot all back for finals tonight 💪 … and of course a fantastic medal performance from William 🥈Big shout out to Toni tonight too, who in her Aberdeen colours this week came home third in the 400 Individual Medley ❤️

Irish Summer Nationals: Day 3

Half way point of the Championships, and a strong Lisburn team saw 17 heat swims converted to another 9 finals on the third night of racing at the NAC in Dublin.

Irish Summer Nationals: Day 2

Busy day for our Lisburn squad returning to the NAC for Day 2 of competition!! Annabel led the squad off this morning, in the first of 22 heat swims for the team, with Nancy finishing off the session with a 7th place finish in the 1500 Freestyle, and a fantastic 10 swimmers securing their finals place to return for Day 2 Finals night!!
