I am going to be uploading some slightly shorter versions of my usual style of yoga class over the next few months online TOTALLY FREE!! I must be feeling generous. If you have any requests e.g tight hamstrings, hip openers, destress etc send me a message or comment on this post and I will try to get a class to suit you. These classes will be suitable to do when you cant make it to a class or you dont have a full hour to yourself.
