How many of you start a diet and completely restrict yourself of any foods you enjoy?? 🍫
How many of you start your diet and eat only chicken, rice, broccoli etc?? 🥦
How many of you get to the weekend on your diet and crash and burn?? 🙈
Restricting yourself of your favourite treats will lead to binges, not eating enough food will also lead to binges.. 😔
