​The team put on an outstanding display on the green in the final against Larne, securing a brilliant 49-14 victory. All the hard work, skill, and teamwork truly paid off today! 👏

💥HOTSHOT ALERT 💥

A well-deserved shoutout to the rink of Albert Morrison, Molly McKibben, Aaron Graham, and Keith Morrison. During their away fixture against Shaftesbury back in July, the team managed the ultimate bowling feat—scoring a perfect HOTSHOT! 💥🎯

Scoring an eight-shot end on an away green is no easy task and takes great teamwork from front to back. Fantastic playing from all four of you!

Huge congratulations to Liz and Patricia on reaching the NIWPGL Junior Pairs final this evening! 👏 It was a fantastic, highly competitive final that went back and forth. Unfortunately, the final result didn't quite go our way this time, but we are all incredibly proud of the brilliant bowls you played. Well done, ladies! 💚

All at Hilden Bowling Club are shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of Damien Bintley. He was an excellent ambassador for our sport and a friend to many at our club—an absolute gentleman both on and off the green. We send our sincere condolences to his wife Vicky, his family, and everyone at Salisbury Bowling Club and the wider NIPGL circle at this extremely difficult time.

A huge thank you to everyone who made our (slightly delayed!) 2025/26 Season Fun Night & Presentation such a brilliant success! The clubhouse was packed, and it was fantastic to finally get together to celebrate all of last season’s success.

A massive CONGRATULATIONS to all our 2025/26 winners and runners-up! The official recognition might have been a little late on the calendar, but the bragging rights were well worth the wait. 🥇👏

Thank you to every member who came along, joined in the fun, and made the evening so special. The atmosphere in the clubhouse proved once again what a brilliant community we have here at Hilden Bowling Club!

Following last weekend's British Bowls Under-18 International Series, and ahead of this Sunday's Junior Inter-Association, we are delighted to announce the teams for this year's Junior Premier League.

The competition will be played over two Sundays:

Sunday 9th August Hosted At Ballymoney Bowls Club
&
Sunday 16th August Hosted At Larne Bowls Club

🚨 IBA JUNIOR CUP ACTION! 🚨

The big games keep on coming! This Saturday, Hilden A are back in IBA Junior Cup 2nd round action, and it’s set to be a massive clash as we welcome a very strong Whitehead B side to the club.

We need all the home support we can get for this one, so come on down, grab a drink, and cheer the team on! 🙌

🏡 Hilden A vs Forth River (Division 3)
The A team were absolutely flying on our own green today! Everything just clicked right from the first end. Forth River are always a tough side, but the squad put on a seriously impressive display across the rinks to secure a fantastic home win. Superb performance, everyone! 🔥👏

🚌 Comber vs Hilden B (Division 4)
A much tougher day at the office for the B squad away to Comber. It just wasn’t our day overall against a strong home side, but the heads never dropped. The team battled right to the last bowl to dig out a brilliant rink win so we didn't leave empty-handed. We dust ourselves down and go again! 💪
