The Lisburn Bogeymen are back with our Fantasy Golf 2026. The format is the same as before. We've had a great entry in previous years with a good prize pool so let's keep that up.

As always, feel free to share and invite anyone who you think would be interested. Maximum of 3 entries per person.

📅 4th Outing of the Year

Lurgan Golf Club delivered the goods for our latest outing – a well-kept, tidy course with the right amount of challenging holes to keep things interesting. Special mention to the kitchen staff who delivered one of the best post-round feeds the Bogeymen have received in recent seasons.

The star of the day? Jonny Bell, who absolutely lit it up with 40 points to take the win including a 2-over back 9 🔥 A top-class performance and a well-deserved victory.

Great turnout again and plenty of banter throughout the day – exactly what the society's all about.

📅 3rd Outing of the Year - President's Day

What a day at Lisburn Golf Club for Stu's Presidents day – the home turf for many of our members, and it didn’t disappoint! The course was in great condition and we saw some very impressive golf on display.

👏 A massive congrats to Jake McDowell who claimed his first-ever Bogeyman victory! After years of whispers, the man has finally lived up to his "bandit" label. Jake takes home, and will have his name etched into, the beautiful 'Alderwood' Presidents trophy.

We had a brilliant turnout of 29 men, including 11 guests, making for a cracking day full of competition and laughs.

⛳️ Fantasy Golf - The Open, Royal Portrush⛳️

We are back again for the most anticipated major of the year, the Open, starting this Thursday at Royal Portrush.

The format is the same as before. We've had a great entry for the other majors of the year with a good prize pool so let's keep that up for this one too.

📅 2nd Outing of the Year

A great day at the picturesque Tandragee Golf Club for our second outing of the Bogeymen season! The course was in top-notch condition – tidy, well-kept fairways and greens, with just enough challenging hills and holes to keep us all honest (and breathing heavy by the back nine 😅).

Big congratulations to our skipper, Robin, who led by example and took the win with 37 points! 🎉 A true captain’s performance and a well-deserved victory.

What a stunning day at Ardglass Golf Club for this year’s Captain’s Day! Thank you to our Captain, Robin Harte, for organising a top-class day filled with great golf, laughter, and camaraderie. The course was immaculate, the weather played ball, and the atmosphere was second to none.

Huge congrats to Tony Murphy, who stormed to victory with an incredible 46 points — a performance for the books! 👏
