Happy Mothering Sunday🌷
On this, the strangest of Mothers Days (UK), here is a routine as a small gift to those, perhaps the elderly, that like to dance. This zero impact, slower routine works on a bit of mobility, balance and gentle movement.
If unable to take part on the floor, try from a chair and move the feet on the spot instead of the move to the side.
