First summit complete. ⛰️
Ben Nevis is done and the Cherry Judo team are now on the road heading for the next mountain.
Tired legs already, but spirits are still high — despite Alicia’s runaway fleece leggings, which seemed to grow longer with every step, and Roux, who we have now discovered is part human, part walking machine.
One peak down. Two to go.
Please keep those donations coming in — every single one is genuinely appreciated and gives the team another lift when the legs start questioning life choices.

Tonight’s the night.
The Cherry Judo family sets off this evening to take on the National Three Peaks Challenge — three mountains, three countries, 24 hours.
Donations are already coming in and we’re now almost at the halfway point.
Every donation helps us push this over the line and supports our goal of taking judo beyond the dojo and into the community — helping younger children, SEND participants, older adults, schools, specialist settings and everyone in between.
We’ve got the mountains ahead of us.
Now we need one last push behind us.
Please donate or share if you can.

Normal sessions tonight 🥋☀️
It’s going to be a hot one, air con will be on, and please make sure everyone brings plenty of water or a water bottle to fill when there.
We’ll keep an eye on the heat, take sensible breaks and train smart — nobody wants to be halfway through the session & feeling like they’ve been abandoned in the desert. 😂
Stay hydrated and we’ll see you on the mats.

Good luck to the team competing in Walsall at the British National Teams.
It is a fantastic achievement to be there. Go and enjoy the experience, back each other all the way, and give it absolutely everything on the mat.
Proud of you all. 🥋

🔥 It’s that hot in Lincoln, even the hobbits are looking for somewhere to melt a ring.
Training is still ON tonight. First session is 6:15 start
Bring water. Wear a light gi if needed. Train smart.
Dramatic heat-related excuses will be judged harshly. 🤣
See you on the mat.
