❌ Bardney Kids Kickboxing Reminder ❌

There is no Kids Kickboxing class in Bardney tonight, as Victoria and Scott are both competing at the US Open.

Classes in Lincoln are running as normal, and all Bardney students are very welcome to attend there instead.

The Bardney class will return back to normal next week.

10 months out, yesterday I took the first step towards making my return to fighting.

I’ve kept this very quiet and didn’t want to announce it, but yesterday I stepped back onto the mats at the US Open. The goal was simple: see if I could still do this, enjoy myself, and put absolutely no pressure on the result.

If I’m being honest, I’d hardly trained. A few injuries over the last month meant I was literally struggling to walk just 8 days ago plus my confidence was pretty low after being out for so long from my injury in my last fight.

So to come away with a win is good!

Yesterday wasn’t about medals or proving anything to anyone. It was about taking that first step towards getting myself back into the ring and the Oval.

I’ve got a long way to go, but

I’m back. 👊

A fantastic weekend for the team at the Leeds Open! 🥋🏆

We took four fighters and came home with:

🥈 3 × 2nd Places
🥉 2 × 3rd Places
