Yet another great shot to have mastered, being able to hit right out the centre of the club gives you the most transfer of power, making the ball go straighter and further.

Another important shot to have in your skill set! It can help you navigate courses and avoid obstacles. So come into the simulators to practice, gathering data that you can actually take action from, then put it into practice back out on the course.

Rob has been playing golf professionally for 19 years, playing tournaments all over the world and working with some of the best coaches and players.

He brings a massive amount of practical, real world experience to being a coach as he is still playing professional tournaments in his career. And Rob’s coaching extends beyond the studio, working with students on and off the course to work with them as they improve.

Working with everyone from beginners to pros, kids or lady golfers, he coaches using real world experience as well as knowledge and theory.

This week we are talking you through a second tee shot, when you’ve got to move the ball as far down the fairway as possible, to get the ball back into play.

Sure you’ve got options when it comes to clubs, but having a signature ‘second tee’ shot in the bag will give you a much better chance of getting the ball where you want it to go.
