Another great week of circuits!
This week's classes included boxing, strength and conditioning, core work, bench press, deadlifts, heavy farmer's walks, and a team rowing challenge to finish. π£
Everyone worked incredibly hard, supported each other, and gave 100% from start to finish. It's great to see everyone's confidence and strength growing each week!
I have a few spaces available in my Monday to Friday, at 6-7pm circuit classes at my home gym for Β£6 per session.

Today's team challenge was all about the rower! π£π₯
Each team had to complete a total of 1,200m, with every person rowing 400m before tagging in their teammate.
The teams absolutely smashed it! There was plenty of encouragement, determination, and a healthy bit of competition, which made it such a fun challenge from start to finish.
Well done, everyone! You all gave it your best and should be proud of yourselves!

A few snaps from this week's and last week's circuit classes! πͺβοΈ
The heatwave certainly didn't slow anyone down. Everyone turned up, worked hard, and smashed the workout from start to finish.
We finished with another rowing challenge, and my Monday class did an amazing job rowing 500m each.

Deadlift day πͺπ₯
Started with hip thrusts to warm up the glutes, then worked through my deadlift sets:
ποΈ 20kg
ποΈ 40kg
ποΈ 45kg
ποΈ 55kg
Finished with a 40kg burnout set for 20 reps to round off the session.
Meanwhile, the hubby finished with 100kg for 20 reps π

Another fantastic circuits session this week! πͺπ₯
We worked through a full-body workout including boxing, ball throws, step-ups, tricep extensions, hip thrusts, lateral raises, core work, bench press, and glute work before finishing with a team rowing challenge. π£
The rowing was amazing - lots of teamwork, encouragement, and a little friendly competition to push everyone out of their comfort zone! π

The rowing challenge was tough, but everyone worked incredibly hard and gave 100%. Seeing everyone push themselves outside their comfort zone, support their teammates and keep going when it got hard is exactly why I love these sessions.

A little friendly competition never hurts...π£
The 700m rowing challenge had the teams pushing hard, cheering each other on, and racing against the clock. Plenty of effort, a few tired legs, and lots of laughs along the way!

Lots of fun in class today and everyone worked hard in the team challenge ππ₯
We pushed through boxing, jogging, step-ups, glute work, reverse hyperextensions and finished strong with our conditioning finisher πͺ
