๐ก Tip of the Week: Make swimming days simpler
Getting changed after a swim can feel like a rushโespecially with little ones, wet hair and a warm poolside environment.
Bringing a warm, easy-to-throw-on layer such as a changing robe, towel poncho or oversized hoodie can make the journey to and from the pool much smoother. It gives swimmers a quick way to get cosy and covered, so thereโs less pressure to get fully dressed straight away.
Less rushing, fewer towel battles and a calmer end to swimming lessons! ๐โโ๏ธ๐

๐ Teacher Feature Tuesday ๐
Last week, Abi and Evan had a fantastic time visiting a local primary school to talk all things swimming! ๐
They spoke to the children about why swimming is such an important life skill, shared some top water-safety messages, and gave an insight into what itโs like to become a swim teacher.
It was brilliant to see so many thoughtful questions and such enthusiasm from the pupils. We hope weโve inspired a few future swimmers, lifeguards and swim teachers along the way! ๐
A huge thank you to the school for having us โ we loved being part of your day.

๐๐๐ปโโ๏ธ SWIM DAYS - SURVIVAL WEEK - ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐
Please bring your child in pyjamas to their lesson today, if they wish to wear them. Please make sure that you follow the guidelines below:
๐ Pyjama top or bottoms can be chosen for younger swimmers or beginners.
๐ Short sleeve pyjamas for up to 75M swimmers. Long sleeve pyjamas for 75M+ swimmers.
๐Pyjamas are to be worn on top of swimwear.
๐ Cotton pyjamas ONLY
Pyjamas are also NOT compulsory. Please do not force your child to wear them, they can do the activities without. Children will be focusing on Water Safety in their lesson, learning the vital skills to help themselves or others if they are in danger around water.
We want to ensure all children know how to be safe in, on, and around water, and enjoy a lifetime of fun in the water, safely. ๐
