Hey, I’m Oliver. I’ve got a lot of new people on my page so I thought I would reintroduce myself.
I didn’t get into fitness through a gym. I got into it through a bike.
Years in cycling taught me what it actually means to train with purpose — managing load, understanding your body, building performance over time. That obsession with doing things properly never left me.
From there came strength and conditioning, personal training, and sports massage. Each one adding another layer to how I coach today.

If you’re new to the gym—or coming back after a long break—remember this:
You do NOT need to go all in from day one.
You don’t need the perfect workout plan.
You don’t need to train 6 days a week.
You don’t need to “make up for lost time.”
Start small. Focus on consistency. Build the habit first.
3 sessions a week done consistently for 3 months will get you far better results than 6 sessions a week for 2 weeks before burning out.
The goal isn’t to have the perfect first week.
The goal is to still be showing up in 6 months.
