A hot one this morning at Hartsholme Park βοΈπ₯΅
40 minutes on the clock, one lap together as a warm-up before everyone split off to chase as many laps as possible. Some seriously impressive efforts all round π
Big well done to everyone who came down and got the work done. Great to see so many pushing themselves and supporting each other π

Sun was outβ¦ some day for it βοΈπ₯
After last weekendβs 10km effort, this week was a nice easy run to reset and get back into it π
Good chance to keep the legs ticking over and recover while still getting the miles in π
Consistency is building and we keep the momentum rolling πͺ
