Women's Community of Strength! Darkside is a new kind of gym. Women-only, strength-focused and class-based. Please message for class availability :).

This is a safe space in which women can find not only their physical strength, but their inner focus. Darkside’s purpose is to dispel some of the long-term myths surrounding women and weight training and to encourage anyone and everyone to give it a go. You will see every shape, size, age and background represented here, and we are incredibly proud of that!

What's involved in our Beginner Strength Course?
We teach safe movement patterns and mind-muscle connection, with a commitment to curiosity and collaboration, and in a way that fosters individual reflective awareness. Each person receives 1:1 coaching within a semi-private group of 4 women, and all coaching is tailored to individual health needs.

The beginner strength course is an initial block of 4 sessions, once per week, 90 minutes each, designed to give you a relaxed introduction to the basics of strength training in a safe and technique focused environment. Capped at 4 women to ensure that you receive plenty of personal attention and coaching it costs Β£64 for the full course.

Everyone works to their own individual programme of strength and technique, in a relaxed, supportive and body positive environment.
