NO NEED TO STOP!
Hotter conditions create more strain on our bodies. We tire more easily, we may feel sick and dizzy and worse still, we may feel faint - actually pass out.
Reducing body temperature before we begin to exercise gives us a bigger heat buffer. Try to find a cool spot in the shade if outdoors. Use a fan or air conditioning indoors. Thoroughly hydrate, before, during & after your chosen session.
Gradually build up the exercise allowing your body to acclimatise to the conditions. Reduce the intensity or shorten your chosen program.
