Shout out to Bekah she is 6 weeks in to a plan with us, total of 10 inches down and 2.2kg down, the strength increase has been incredible some lifts more than doubling! Great work Bekah 💪

Our Kids class is underway, shaping dreams and building futures. Will Kroos making his debut on NXT shows that if you work hard enough and follow your dreams anything is possible. Will began his journey with us around ten years ago… maybe we have another future star amongst this group???
