We’re proud to highlight Leon, who takes part in weekend enrichment with the Lincolnshire Bombers 🏈

American football is a fast-paced, team sport that builds strength, strategy, and teamwork — and the Lincolnshire Bombers are a local club helping to grow the game right here in our community. The club welcomes beginners and supports players of all abilities to develop their skills and confidence.

Through his involvement, Leon is showing great commitment and resilience outside of school — fantastic qualities to see.

It’s brilliant to see our students pursuing their passions beyond the classroom.

Deepest condolences to your family

We’re at a loss for words. Coach Andy Wain — thank you for everything you gave to the world of Britball. An incredible soul, all around great bloke and a friendly face to many players both past and present here at the Bombers. Coach was a true mentor to multiple existing Bombers players and other coaches, and they will continue to make you proud on that football field every Sunday.

From giving up your weekends to help get the Lincolnshire Lightning up and running a few years back, to lending your newly gained officiating knowledge on our sidelines as recent as just three weeks ago. You made an impact on and off the field and you will truly be missed.

Today was for you. Rest easy, Coach.

The deepest condolences go out from all of us here at the Bombers family, to Coach’s family, friends, colleagues and past teammates. ⚡️💣❤️
