🏁 JULY 2026 FEMALE LEADERBOARD UPDATE! 🏁
The competition is heating up in our Female Driver Championship, with 118 female drivers having already set a lap around our latest circuit layout, which went live at the beginning of July! 🔥
Leading the way is Hannah Barrs, whose incredible 32.565-second lap currently places her at the top of the leaderboard and in line for the maximum 20 championship points.
Behind her, Alyss-Anya Hill holds second place with a 33.405, while Abi Worrell is just 0.091 seconds behind in third. Laura Redhead is also firmly in contention with a 33.699, meaning all of the current top four have broken into the 33-second bracket.
The competition throughout the Top 20 is incredibly close. Just 0.028 seconds separates ninth and tenth place, while less than one second covers several positions further down the leaderboard. One small improvement could see a driver climb multiple places and secure valuable championship points.
🏆 At the end of July, the drivers who finish inside the Top 20 will be awarded Driver Championship points, with 20 points for 1st place, 19 for 2nd, all the way down to 1 point for 20th. Every position matters!
With plenty of July still remaining, there’s still everything to race for. Can anyone catch Hannah’s current benchmark, or will her 32.565 remain unbeaten?

🏁 ELITE SUPERPOLE | THE DATA BEHIND THE LAP TIMES 🏁
One of the questions we get asked the most after every Elite Superpole is…
“Which kart was the quickest?” 🤔
These three graphics tell a much bigger story.
Every driver’s lap time from all five 10-minute sessions is shown, along with the kart they were driving and the kart in which they achieved their Personal Best of the evening.
Looking through the data, one thing becomes very clear…
➡️ The fastest session isn’t always because of the kart.
Take Group 1 for example:
* The majority of drivers achieved their quickest lap during Session 3.
* Those laps were set across different karts - not just one “magic” kart.
* The session itself was simply running quicker, with drivers building confidence, learning the circuit and conditions improving.
The same pattern can be seen throughout the evening. Some sessions naturally become quicker than others, and while every kart has its own small characteristics, driver adaptation, track evolution, traffic and confidence all play a huge part in the final lap time.
It’s also interesting to see that many drivers didn’t set their PB in their final session, despite having gained another 10 minutes of track time. Sometimes everything just comes together at the right moment.
Some standout statistics from Tuesday’s Elite Superpole:
🏆 Overall fastest lap: Emerson Wilson - 31.954 (Kart 19 - Session 3)
🥈 Fastest in Group 2: David Traynor - 32.470 (Kart 16 - Session 2)
🥉 Fastest in Group 3: Oscar Hurley - 32.487 (Kart 16 - Session 5)
It’s fascinating to study how the pace develops across the night and hopefully these graphics give everyone a better understanding that there’s far more to setting a quick lap than simply drawing a particular kart.
Have a look through your own results…
* Which session suited you best?
* Did you improve steadily throughout the night?
* Or did you produce one outstanding lap before conditions changed again?
Let us know in the comments what you notice from the data! 👇🏁

🏁 ELITE SUPERPOLE – TUESDAY 14TH JULY 🏁
Another sold-out Elite Superpole is in the books, with 35 of Gridline Racing’s fastest drivers battling it out over five sessions, each rotating through different karts in pursuit of the perfect lap.
After an evening of relentless pace, it was Emerson Wilson who once again came out on top with a phenomenal 31.954-second lap.
That lap is made even more impressive by the fact that, since our new circuit layout went live at the beginning of July, over 760 different customers have driven it… yet Emerson remains the only driver to break the 32-second barrier. 👏🔥
Joining him on the podium were:
🥇 Emerson Wilson – 31.954
🥈 Alfie High – 32.169 (+0.215)
🥉 Ady Stead – 32.373 (+0.419)
The competition throughout the field was incredibly close:
⚡ Just 0.724 seconds separated the top 17 drivers.
⚡ The top 22 drivers were covered by only 0.835 seconds.
⚡ Positions 9th to 12th were separated by an astonishing 0.016 seconds.
⚡ An incredible 29 of the 35 drivers set new Personal Bests, proving just how competitive the evening was.

🏁 13th JULY CADET SUPERPOLE REVIEW 🏁
Another fantastic SOLD OUT Monday night Cadet Superpole is in the books, and once again every single place was filled! 👏
Twelve of our quickest young drivers took to our latest circuit for five intense Superpole sessions, all chasing one goal… the fastest lap of the night.
The standard at the front was exceptional, with Jensen Murdoch topping the timesheets with a blistering 36.232-second lap. Behind him, it couldn’t have been much closer, as Seth Perry and Jaxon White both recorded identical 36.422-second laps, with Seth taking second place after setting the time first.
🏆 Top 3
🥇 Jensen Murdoch – 36.232
🥈 Seth Perry – 36.422
🥉 Jaxon White – 36.422
But the battle didn’t stop there…
From 4th to 9th place, the competition was unbelievably tight, with just 0.304 seconds separating Jake Bainbridge (36.513), Håkon Brovold (36.577), Asher Lent (36.638), Tommy Richardson (36.663), Freddie Hale (36.761) and Dylan Argent (36.817). In karting terms, that’s virtually nothing, proving just how competitive this week’s field really was! 🔥
A huge well done also goes to Will Everett-Garvey, Alfie Hassell and Hunter Mayfield, who all gave it everything across the evening. Every Superpole is another opportunity to gain experience, improve consistency and chase those all-important lap times.
The level of driving continues to rise week after week, and it’s brilliant to watch these young racers develop their speed, confidence and racecraft on track. The future of motorsport certainly looks bright! 🌟
Think you’ve got what it takes to join them?
