THIS is so important to us.

Making sure that the interaction you have for 50 minutes is more than just surface level.

It's a meaningful conversation, it's enjoying some good banter, it's about training with purpose and understanding the why and how of what we do.

We don't ever take for granted that our members choose to spend their time here with us, so we make sure no matter what time or day you come, you get that connection that means Custom Fitness is far more than a place you just come to workout in.

Always has been, and always will be, more than "just a gym"

If Carlsberg did 0530 sessions...

A playlist including the Lion King and the Duck Song was not on my bingo card for a session this week, but whatever works I guess! Epic lifting from these three fabulous gents at 0530 in the morning before the heat of the day kicked in.

Excited to see what the rest of the week brings... and if that playlist can be topped 🤨🤣

Gyms shouldn't be isolating and lonely places.

They should be the place you look forward to coming to.

There should be conversations ending in "same time tomorrow?".

They should be full of smiles and sweaty hugs when you could've easily stayed in bed, but you chose to stay accountable and get it done.

Modified Strongman is one of the unique things about training at Custom Fitness.

Using equipment such as yokes, farmers carries and kegs, you'll develop a type of strength and conditioning that's hard to replicate. The awkward objects, the different grips, and the whole-body demands challenge you in completely different ways to what you're used to.

You'll get a full body workout 💪
You'll pick up weights you NEVER thought possible 🏋️‍♀️
You'll build your work capacity and cardiovascular fitness 🥵
