🤸‍♀️ Acro Workshop Fun! 💜

What a fantastic afternoon we had at our Acro Summer Workshop yesterday! ✨

Our acrobats packed so much into the session — from flying along the tumble track and working on strength and conditioning, to challenging themselves with partner work and learning new skills.

We also spent time developing our bridges, front walkovers and back walkovers, with lots of focus on technique, control and building confidence. 💪🤸‍♀️

It was brilliant to see everyone encouraging each other, trying new things and pushing themselves throughout the afternoon.

Well done to all our amazing acrobats — you were fantastic! 🌟
