We’re looking for confident, outgoing, customer-focused individuals (18+). You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good availability during busy seasons like Christmas and Summer. Hours are flexible, shifts vary, and occasional short-notice cover may be needed. Experience is great—but your personality is what truly counts. Full training provided!

Founded just two years ago by John Pinder, Accelerate Racing quickly became a beloved destination for sim racing fans across Lincoln and beyond. John’s passion and dedication created an unforgettable racing experience, and we’re honoured to build on that legacy.
