Celebrating a special milestone for a member of our TPS family.

Helen has reached 100 classes since January! Her dedication, determination and focus have been incredible to watch, and the improvement we’ve seen in her over the last year has been amazing. You should be so proud of how far you’ve come.

But what makes Helen so special is so much more than her commitment to Pilates. She is always kind, encouraging and supportive of those around her, bringing the most uplifting energy into the studio every time she walks through the door. And that infectious smile never fails to brighten the room! ✨
