Can you help????? Just finish token support to go, we can’t run without it

Finish Token Support might look like a small role… but it’s actually one of the secret superpowers of the finish area! 🦸‍♀️🎟️
Here’s why this role is pure gold:

• Funnel Flow 🚶‍♂️➡️🚶‍♀️
You keep the finish funnel running smoother than a freshly‑oiled barcode scanner. No chaos, no pile‑ups, just beautiful parkrun order.
• Token Safety 🎟️😱
You’re the guardian of the tokens — preventing them from leaping to the floor, scattering everywhere, and causing a full‑blown finish‑line meltdown.
• Sync Support 🔄📏
You help the funnel manager keep everything perfectly aligned: tokens, tubes, runners, sanity… all in harmony.
• Finish Token Happiness 😆💛
You’re the unsung hero who keeps the finish token volunteer from losing their marbles — or their tokens.

Just finish tokens/finish token support /scanner needed now (Thursday am)**

Not bad going so far for this week
We still need the following though if you can help

1 course check (to be done by 8 and you can run with this role)
1 scanner (you can run with this role if sub 22ish)
1 finish tokens
1 finish token support
2 marshals

After last week’s bumper crop of volunteers, this week’s roster is looking a little… sparse 😅
Can you help us fill the gaps and keep Beacon parkrun running smoothly? 🙌💛

• Finish Tokens 🎟️ — 1 needed
• Finish Token Support 🤝🎟️ — 1 needed
• Funnel Managers 🏁🚶‍♂️ — 2 needed
• Marshals 👋📣 — 5 needed
• Course Check 🚴‍♂️🏃🌅— 1 needed

And… if anyone fancies giving VI guiding a go, we’d love to hear from you 👀💛
We do have some regular guides, but they wouldn’t say no to getting their own run in 🏃‍♂️💨
